Happy Halloween! NaNo is Scary!!!

And since today is Halloween, that means tomorrow must be November 1st. Which means NaNoWriMo. I still think it may be foolish to attempt it this year but I'm going to give it my best shot.

I'm already giving myself excuses - vacation, holidays, graduation. But really what's scaring me is the pressure I'm feeling. Last year, I rambled for 50,000 words and it was awful. This year, I've taken a few classes and put a lot more thought/planning into my story. I'd like for it to turn into the start of something worthwhile. And if it's not, I think I'll be disappointed.
