Those Aren't Chips!!!
The place was jammed when we arrived just after 7pm. There was a band playing in addition to a large crowd cheering on their favorites in the NCAA tournament. Even though we arrived well in advance of our seating time, the hostess seated us promptly.
Service was great throughout the night and the food arrived in a timely manner. We started with the spinach & artichoke dip, which I think we may have ordered last time as well. It was very good. We both ordered fish 'n chips and Mike also ordered a cup of beer cheese soup.
My only complaint about the evening was the chips. They tasted great, had a nice crisp texture. And yet, they looked like Oreida fries. You know, the frozen kind you pour out of a bag in the freezer and cook in the oven at home? NOT CHIPS! I don't remember ever having anything besides authentic chips there before so I'm going to forgive this as a one-time occurrence. We'll be back, I'm sure.
There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot. -Steven Wright
