Light at the End of the Tunnel

It has been a rough week. I'm still not feeling 100% from the cold I came down with on Sunday. I missed two days of work trying to recuperate but I'm still coughing and exhausted. In addition to that, there have been other things going on. It has been one of those weeks that just won't stop.

But finally there is something to look forward to. We're in the process of booking a relaxing vacation. After eight years of living in North Carolina, we're finally planning a trip to the Outer Banks. We've been to Manteo once before but that's just the gateway to the Outer Banks. This will be a whole week just chilling and doing nothing.

It's nice to have something to look forward to. Especially at the end of a week like this.
