Launch: One of my first major projects as the Town of Apex webmaster was to create an employee intranet. This site can only be accessed internally and includes information and documents for Town employees. I designed and implemented the original site for launch in May of 2002.

Redesign: The site pictured at left is the newly relaunched version from March 2007. It was largely an aesthetic redesign.

Launch: After the successful launch of the Apex Intranet, management asked that I redesign the external website. In September 2002, a new version of the site was launched. The design was very clean and simple to allow speedy access for citizens using dial-up and easy navigation. I was responsible for the design, all graphics creation, and the implementation of the entire site.

Redesign: In September of 2006, a new version of the site was launched. Increased emphasis on quick access to information was the major focus.

Carolina Web Development is Mike's website for his consulting services. I created the initial design based on a list of features he wanted to incorporate and then worked with him, making changes and providing the actual images for him to use as he implemented his site. The design included both a main homepage (left) and a subpage (below).

Tyndall Engneering & Design is an engineering firm located in Garner, NC. They contacted me to establish an initial web presence including the design, site implementation, and work on several features such as job postings.

Cleopatra Records consists of several record labels. Mike did work for them through his company and I was in charge of implementing the CSS and images for a layout created by another designer. Cleopatra Records now maintains the site in-house and has made several changes from the initial design.

Pittsboro is another small Town in North Carolina. It is the county seat for Chatham County and home to the Chatham County Government Complex. This is their first web presence and I completed the entire process for them, including design, organization, implementaion, and a maintenance solution using Macromedia Contribute.

Tri-QSI is an IT Consulting company in Raleigh NC. They are certified through the National Woman Business Owners Corporation. I provided the design for this site in addition to feedback during the implementation process. The site has recently been redesigned.

The Ferris Group provides recruiting/staffing services in addition to ad specialties/promotional products. I created the design for them and they then implemented it in-house. The company has changed focus and is no longer using the site I designed.

Terabyte Network Solutions is an IT company specializing in network management and web hosting for Raleigh-area businesses. Working from the content and organization of the existing site and a new logo, I created two different concepts, each including both a main homepage (left) and a sample subpage (below). Once everyone was happy with the concept, I provided the necessary images for implementation. The company has since been bought out.
